Once your appointment is booked, I will send a confirmation email with directions + next steps, as well as information regarding session preparation.
Payment in full is respectfully due upon appointment confirmation.

I understand that sometimes life happens and you may not be able to attend your scheduled session. Please review the following policies prior to booking.
Refunds:
As I am providing a service as agreed by you, I will not provide refunds once services have been rendered.
I reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Rescheduling:
I encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel appointments. Notification must be received 48 hours prior to your session start time.
Please note: After TWO (2) consecutive reschedules, your appointment will be marked as cancelled you will forfeit your payment. If you decide to schedule another appointment, you will not be credited.
Cancellations:
If you do need to cancel your appointment, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee as your session will have been customized prior to your appointment. Please reach out directly if there are extenuating circumstances you wish to discuss.
No Shows:
You will be considered a no-show if 15 minutes has elapsed since the start of your appointment and you have not made any attempt to contact Dragonfly Healing Studio. No shows will not be refunded and you will forfeit your session fee.
Studio Closures:
In the event that the studio cannot be opened, or that I cannot reach your location, I will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible. Your session will be rescheduled at your convenience and no additional fees will be incurred.

At Dragonfly Healing Studio, I am committed to supporting you in your healing + wellness journey. It is important to remember that this journey is YOUR OWN. My aim is to provide you with complementary healing resources and does not take the place of a licensed medical professional, or therapist. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to any treatment and inform me of any concerns prior to treatment.
My approach incorporates a combination of mindfulness, physical + energy practices and breathwork to optimize your physical, mental, spiritual + emotional wellbeing. I am here to guide you + support you, not to "cure" you.
Our sessions are intended to help you make a big impact and difference in your life + within yourself. Please don't schedule if you know you aren't going to show up for yourself, be open and accepting of the process, or put in the work.
I am not a licensed medical professional or therapist and do not diagnose conditions, nor perform medical treatment, make any medical claims, prescribe substances or therapies, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
As stipulated by law, I cannot, and do not, make any guarantees or claims to specific outcomes or results. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by booking with Dragonfly Healing Studio, you agree to these terms, and will not attempt to hold me or the studio liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
Any information disclosed during your sessions, or through forms you complete, is considered confidential. I will not share this information with anyone without your written permission, except as noted below.
Files and information may be kept on file for up to six (6) years, and will then be destroyed in a confidential and private manner.

Dragonfly Healing Studio recognizes that its work, and the work of its community often takes place on traditional Indigenous territories across the province. We acknowledge that there are 46 treaties and other agreements that cover the territory now called Ontario. We are thankful to be able to work and live in these territories. We are thankful to the First Nations, Metis and Inuit people who have cared for these territories since time immemorial and who continue to contribute to the strength of Ontario and to all communities across the province.
Dragonfly Healing Studio would also like to acknowledge that its office is located in Hagersville, Ontario and on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples, and is now the home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Metis peoples. We also acknowledge that Hagersville, and the surrounding communities we serve, are covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
Acknowledging traditional Indigenous territories is one way to recognize contemporary and historical Indigenous presence and land rights. It is a small step towards dismantling the continued impacts of colonialism and undoing Indigenous erasure in our everyday lives.
