No! Restorative and Yin Yoga are ideal for anyone, of any ability, especially those with limited to no experience or flexibility! We will design your practice to meet your specific needs or concerns, and in consideration of your current abilities.
Yes! Restorative Yoga + Meditation can provide many benefits to expectant mothers + their unborn children. Adding Reiki provides extra support and is completely safe. Our smaller class sizes make it possible for us to accommodate + adjust your practice to provide safe and supported poses. You always have the option of opting out of a pose that does not feel right for you, and/or opting out of Reiki infused touch.
Your yoga mat and a bottle of water. We have mats available if you do not have one and all other props will be provided. Wear something comfortable + warm as you will get cold. There is no judgement, so you can even wear your sweats or PJ's if you like! We have additional blankets available, but the added layers will help you maintain your cozy + relaxed state after practice.
